3.3 Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that:

4.1 Anonymous Submissions: The Service allows anonymous app submissions. Anonymous submissions can be claimed by creating an account using the provided claim token.
4.2 Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. You must not share your credentials or claim tokens with others.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by gapp.so and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
6. Third-Party Apps
Apps hosted on gapp.so are created by third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party apps. Use of third-party apps is at your own risk. Each app may have its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gapp.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from third-party apps hosted on the platform.
